Volunteering

Dragons is run entirely by volunteers. We also support local events and organisations. There are, therefore, lots of opportunities for Dragons members to get involved in the club, beyond running with us. 

Leading a run

All our runs are lead by volunteer run leaders and we are always on the lookout for new volunteers. Further information is available here.

Marshaling at local races

Each year, Dragons members support a number of local events such as the Manchester Marathon, where we provide a team of marshals. You can register your interest in volunteering for an event in Spond.

Join the committee

The committee is elected at the club’s annual general meeting held each year in spring. If you want to know more about the role of the committee and how members are elected just speak to any member of the current committee.
